Standard Mazcon V Belts

We manufacture complete range of Standard V-Belts – Section A,B,C,D and E . All our Industrial V-Belts are made out of Polyester Cords which are pre-stretched, so the chance of elongation due to continuous usage is minimized . Every V-Belt manufactured gives a premium performance.

Open-end V-Belts are also available in section A,B,C, and D and perforation can also be done according to specification.

Mazcon Hexagonal V-Belts

Hexagonal V-Belts or Double V-Belts are recommended for Phlleys which transmit power from both top and bottom of the belts.

The belts have balanced construction, tough tensile member for greater strength with flexibility for transmitting power on serpentine drives.

Ranges available are AA, BB and CC at 40 degree angle.

Mazcon Spacesaver V-Belts

We manufacture narrow width V-Belts. It can transmit upto thrice the power of conventional V belts in the same drive space.

Space Saver Belts are manufactured with best quality compound and polyester cords. For multibelt drive , use matched set of belt. The load is equally transmitted by each belt and tension is uniform . Matched Sets Belts stay matched. The specialty of these belts is that is consumes less energy with utmost performance.

Mazcon Banded V-Belts

Banded Belts were developed for Drives subjected to pulsating loads or extreme shock load. They give you long lasting, trouble free service on tough problematic application. The Band keeps the Belts from bending side ways and keeps the belt running in a straight line on the grooves even under violent pulsation or shock loads. It cannot turn over or jump off.

Mazcon Variable Speed Belts

Variable Speed Drives requiring exact speed control and maximum range of speed changes. The spring keeps the movable flange of the pulley up against the belt and supplies the required tension for the drive. This type of pulley is coupled by a Variable Speed Belt to a fixed companion pulley. Speed variation is obtained by varying the center distance between the two pulleys and modifying the position of the belt in the spring loaded adjustable pulley. The speed ration is determined by the super strong compression rubber compound, abrasion and heat resistant cover assures strong., uniform grip on the both faces of the pulley.

These belts comes in a variety of widths, thickness and lengths recommended for specific application.

Mazcon Poly V-Belts

There are 3 cross sections of Poly V-Belt and pulleys which cover the entire range of power transmission belt requirement. We manufacture Belts for these sections Viz. J, L & M. In comparison with the traditional V-Belts Drives, Poly V-Belts may achieve a maximum of 50% higher performance, due to the structural characteristics of the multi V-shape Ribs on the driving side. Poly V-Belt offers low noise drive with very less vibration.

The advantageous features are :

  • The drive can be equipped with smaller pulleys making the driving system as compact as possible due to the high flexibility of Poly-V Belts.
  • The thinner body of Poly V-belt makes it possible to drive additional accessories / idlers when necessary without affecting belt life.
  • The multi V-shape Ribs on the belts ensure better contact with the Pulleys on the machine. Thus the vibration becomes low and a noise-free power transmission is achieved in most of the industrial applications.

Mazcon link belt can be of rubber (black) or PU. We also supply T link or nut link belt.
